Fashion Calendar Subscriptions
May I upgrade my subscription from an Individual Subscription to a Multi-User Subscription?
Yes, you may upgrade your account at any time during your subscription period. Note an upgrade does not reset your subscription’s expiration date, but will prorate the difference between the subscription prices.
May I downgrade my subscription from a Multi-User Subscription to an Individual Subscription?
No, we do not currently honor this. Please wait for your active subscription to expire and re-subscribe under an Individual Subscription.
How many people can I invite to my Multi-User subscription?
We currently do not limit the amount of users allowed under a Multi-User account. However, all invitees must possess the same domain in their e-mail address. Every Multi-User subscription is allowed one administrator to be the primary holder of the account and all users operate under the same expiration date as the administrator of the account.
I am a non-profit / school, what is the cost of a yearly subscription to Fashion Calendar?

How do I cancel my active subscription?
We do not cancel active subscriptions or offer refunds. If you have a question about cancelling your subscription, please e-mail us at – we aim for a 24 hour turnaround in replies (weekdays only).
Event and Classified Listings
How do I post an event to Fashion Calendar?
All users must have an active yearly subscription to post an event on Fashion Calendar. Users can purchase either a single listing for $50 through their subscription at time of sign up or once logged in to your active account. Fashion Calendar also allows for users to purchase unlimited listings for $995 for the subscription year.
I have to edit the information in my listing, how do I do this?
You can edit the information in your event listing under account dashboard > account information > my listings.
Can I edit or change my event / classified listing?
Yes, we allow for edits to event / classified listings by all users if they are in a draft or considered pending (under review). Once logged in, head to your account dashboard > account information > scroll to the bottom to manage your event / classified listings.
What if I have to cancel my event?
You can request for your published event to be removed from Fashion Calendar. Once logged in, head to your account dashboard > account information > scroll to the bottom to manage your event / classified listings. You can delete your event if it is in a draft or pending review.
How will I know if my listing was received?
You will receive a confirmation receipt when your event is submitted and another when your event is published.
I am a Public Relations / Consulting / Media company, do you offer invoicing for event / classified listings?
We do not currently offer invoicing for event / classified listings. We do provide digital receipts for e-mailing, downloading, or printing for your convenience. You may use this to bill back your client.
What happens if my event overlaps another listing?
Please reference “My Calendar” when logged in to your account for active events on the Fashion Calendar. If you need assistance in scheduling or planning an event for a given day or time, please e-mail us directly at for help. We aim for a 24-hour turnaround in reply (weekdays only).
Billing and Refund Policy
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and automated clearing house (ACH) payments. We do not accept mailed checks or cash.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds.
I believe I was double charged / I see a strange charge on my account, how do I fix this?
E-mail us at with all relevant information including charge amount, date / time of charge, associated e-mail, full name, billing address, and the last four digits of the card charged so we can look into this for you. We aim for a 24 hour turnaround in reply (weekdays only).
What is autorenewal?
Autorenewal is at your convenience to ensure your subscription remains active and your primary form of payment is charged on the anniversary of enrollment to continue your access to Fashion Calendar. This feature may be opted out of under your account dashboard. Please note event/classified listings (single or unlimited package) do not rollover from a given subscription year.
May I use or save multiple credit cards for current or future purposes?
Yes, this can be edited within your account dashboard.
I need a receipt for a purchase for myself / my client, where can I find this?
Go to your account dashboard > payment settings > payment history to print or download your receipt(s).

How do I know when a fashion week or major market week is held?
This information can be found under “Important Dates” in the navigation bar at the top of the page if you are not logged in to your account. If you are logged in, go to “My Calendar” and scroll to the bottom of the page for “Important Dates.”
